We don’t buy textbooks, we buy gear!

Our goal is to influence K-12 youth to pursue engineering, math, science or technological careers.  We support innovative ideas that are project based, hands-on, and encourage student-led explorations.  Grants generally range in size from $5,000 to $10,000.

We DO NOT fund textbooks, scholarships, salaries, travel, existing projects, Project Lead the Way, or FIRST Robotics teams.  There are many quality programs that we value and respect, but our goal is to fund fresh ideas and provide for experiential learning.

We accept inquiries year round and specialize in personalized attention and the co-creative process of project development.

Attempts to develop young engineers, scientists and mathematicians can best be accomplished when real problems are solved in real contexts using real equipment--our mantra is “we don’t buy textbooks, we buy gear!"
