We don’t buy textbooks, we buy gear!

Our mission is to positively influence K-12 youth toward their pursuit of Science, Technology, Engineering or Math (STEM) careers.  We support innovative ideas that are project based, hands-on, and encourage student-led explorations.  Grants generally range in size from $5,000 to $10,000 and can be one-time or multiple (up to 3 year) efforts.

There are many quality programs that we value and respect, but our objective is to fund and incubate fresh ideas that result in high quality, relevant, experiential learning. We tend to not fund textbooks, scholarships, salaries, travel, existing projects, Project Lead the Way, or FIRST Robotics teams.  

Attempts to develop young engineers, scientists and mathematicians can best be accomplished when real problems are solved in real contexts using real equipment--our mantra is “we don’t buy textbooks, we buy gear!"

We accept inquiries year round and specialize in personalized attention and the co-creative process of project development.
